1) Overview
Welcome to Bitcoin Merch LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2) Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3) Products & Availability
Most items are made-to-order and custom-printed specifically for you. Minor variations in color, placement, or print quality are inherent to the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method.
5) Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6) Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery
(a) Shipping coverage. We ship only to the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.). We do NOT ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, or Armed Forces AA/AE/AP addresses.
(b) Made-to-order production. Production typically takes 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Production time does NOT include shipping time.
(c) Shipping time. Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days within the Continental United States. The total estimated timeline from order placement to delivery is 6–13 business days.
(d) Carriers & risk of loss. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
(e) Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. No refunds will be issued for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7) Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund and Return Policy. Because all items are custom-made, we only accept claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days of delivery. All sales are final.
8) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—logos, graphics, text, and product designs—is owned by Bitcoin Merch LLC and is protected by law.
10) Platform & Data Processing
This Site is hosted by Shopify Inc. By using this Site, you acknowledge that Shopify may collect and process your personal data as part of providing its services, including to provide services based on interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. 11) Disclaimer
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12) Limitation of Liability
BITCOIN MERCH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming.
