Overview
At Bitcoin Merch, we create custom-made, print-on-demand products that are printed specifically for you after you place your order. This made-to-order model allows us to reduce waste and maintain premium quality, but it also means we cannot accept traditional returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
This policy explains what qualifies for a replacement, what doesn't, and how our process works.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship only to addresses within the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.). We do NOT ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, or Armed Forces AA/AE/AP addresses. Orders placed outside our coverage area will be refunded.
Why we don't offer standard refunds or returns
Every product you order from Bitcoin Merch is custom-made specifically for you; it doesn't exist until you purchase it. All sales are final except in cases of defects, damage, or errors.
* Made-to-order production: Items are printed and assembled only after your order. We cannot resell custom-printed products.
* Personalized products: Under consumer protection laws, custom-made products are exempt from standard return rights.
What qualifies for a free replacement
We stand behind our quality. You qualify for a free replacement if:
* The product arrives damaged during shipping (torn, stained, crushed).
* The product has a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, fabric flaws).
* The product was misprinted (wrong design, severe quality issues).
* We sent you the wrong item (wrong size, wrong product, wrong color).
In these cases, we will send you a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.
What does NOT qualify for a refund or replacement
* Change of mind: All sales are final once production begins.
* Incorrect size selection: It is your responsibility to check the size chart on each product page. We cannot replace items if you ordered the wrong size.
* Color differences: Slight variations between screen and print are normal.
* Minor print variations: A placement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is industry standard.
How to request a replacement (step-by-step)
Step 1: Inspect your order immediately. Report any issues within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Email support@bitcoinmerch.net. Include your Order Number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approval and Replacement Timeline
If approved, your replacement follows our standard production and shipping timeline:
* Production: 2–5 business days
* Shipping: 4–8 business days
* Total: 6–13 business days
Lost or severely delayed shipments
Our typical delivery timeline is 6–13 business days from order placement. If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days from the original estimated delivery date, contact us at support@bitcoinmerch.net. If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, replacements are not guaranteed, but we will open a carrier investigation.
Wrong or incomplete shipping address
No refunds or free replacements will be issued for packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer. A new order at full price must be placed if you still wish to receive the product.
Order changes and cancellations
Because we begin production shortly after payment is confirmed, order changes or cancellations may not be possible. Once an order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Final sale items
The following items are non-refundable: Gift cards, Clearance/Sale items, and Promotional products.
