Bitcoin Merch is a Bitcoin-only physical merchandise store. We sell Bitcoin-inspired apparel, mugs, bags, and accessories for education, culture, and everyday use. We are not a crypto project, exchange, wallet provider, financial service, investment platform, or source of financial advice.

Our mission is to make Bitcoin education accessible, meaningful, and wearable. Shipping & Production
All products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after purchase. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers within the Continental United States.
Free shipping is available on orders of $100 USD or more to Continental U.S. addresses. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Armed Forces addresses, or international locations.
Estimated shipping time after production is 4–8 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement to delivery is 6–13 business days.

Returns & Replacements
Because every item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. However, we stand behind our quality—if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll send you a free replacement or provide the appropriate resolution according to our policy. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos to support@bitcoinmerch.net.
