Bitcoin Merch is a Bitcoin-only online store selling physical merchandise. We sell Bitcoin-inspired apparel, mugs, bags, and accessories for education, culture, and everyday use. We are not a crypto project, exchange, wallet provider, financial service, investment platform, or source of financial advice.

Shipping & Production
All products are made to order. Once an order enters production, production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Estimated shipping time after production is approximately 4–8 business days within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free shipping within our supported delivery area.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO, FPO, DPO, Armed Forces AA/AE/AP addresses, or international destinations.

Returns & Replacements
Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved qualifying claims receive a replacement at no additional cost.
