Overview

At Bitcoin Merch, we create custom-made products printed to order just for you. This made-to-order approach helps ensure premium quality, reduces waste, and allows us to offer unique Bitcoin-themed designs you won’t find anywhere else.

Please review this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, estimated timelines, and coverage areas.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship only to addresses within the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C.).

We do NOT ship to the following locations:

Alaska (AK)
Hawaii (HI)
Puerto Rico (PR)
U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
Guam (GU)
American Samoa (AS)
Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
Micronesia (FM)
Marshall Islands (MH)
Palau (PW)
Armed Forces Americas (AA)
Armed Forces Europe (AE)
Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

Our checkout system is configured to accept shipping addresses only within our coverage area. If an order is placed with an address outside our supported shipping region due to a system error, address issue, or similar circumstance, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping rates

We offer the following shipping rates for all orders within the Continental United States:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100 USD or more
Calculated shipping rates on orders under $100 (based on package weight and destination)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order total, and package weight.

How our made-to-order process works

Every product is custom-printed after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or stored in a warehouse. This helps ensure:

Fresh, high-quality prints
Reduced environmental waste
Unique, on-demand production

Your order goes through two phases: Production and Shipping.

Production time

After your payment is confirmed, production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Production time may vary based on:

Product type and complexity (apparel, mugs, backpacks, etc.)
Current order volume
Seasonal demand (holidays and promotional periods may extend timelines)

Production time does NOT include shipping time. Your order will ship once production is complete. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping time (after production)

Once your order is produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Continental U.S.: 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Total estimated timeline

From order placement to delivery:

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: 4–8 business days
Total: 6–13 business days

During peak seasons, please allow additional time.

Fulfillment and shipping carriers

We fulfill orders through multiple production facilities across the United States. When available, orders may be routed to the facility best suited for fulfillment and delivery efficiency.

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers as needed. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for any order.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the production facility.

Order Processing: Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Important notes about tracking:

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe (6–13 business days) before contacting us about your order status

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please make sure your address includes all necessary details, such as apartment, suite, ZIP code, and any other relevant delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.

Order not received (lost in transit)

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the original estimated delivery date, contact us at support@bitcoinmerch.net. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Package marked "delivered" but not received

Please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Replacements are not guaranteed for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you.

Returned, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages

Because all products are custom-made specifically for you, returned items are not restocked.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was unclaimed, we may require payment of reshipping costs before sending a replacement, if replacement is possible.

Order changes and cancellations

Production begins shortly after payment is confirmed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately with "URGENT" in the subject line.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has begun.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Since we only ship within the Continental United States, there are no international customs fees or import duties.

Policy updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
