Overview
At Bitcoin Merch, our products are made to order after you place your order. This approach helps reduce unnecessary inventory while allowing us to offer original Bitcoin-themed designs.
Please review this policy carefully to understand our shipping coverage, production process, estimated delivery timelines, tracking, and address requirements.
Shipping Coverage
Bitcoin Merch currently ships only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do NOT ship to:
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- Guam (GU)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- Micronesia (FM)
- Marshall Islands (MH)
- Palau (PW)
- Armed Forces Americas (AA)
- Armed Forces Europe (AE)
- Armed Forces Pacific (AP)
- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- International destinations
Our checkout is configured for our supported U.S. delivery area. If an order is placed for an unsupported destination because of a system or address issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping: Orders of $100 USD or more.
- Orders under $100 USD: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold may vary based on the order, package weight, and delivery destination.
How Our Made-to-Order Process Works
Bitcoin Merch products are produced after an order is placed rather than being kept as finished inventory.
Your order generally goes through two stages: production and shipping.
Production Time
Once an order enters production, production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Production time may vary based on factors such as:
- Product type and production requirements
- Current fulfillment volume
- Seasonal demand and peak periods
Production time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Time After Production
Once production is complete and the order ships, estimated shipping time is approximately 4–8 business days within our supported U.S. delivery area.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Total Estimated Delivery
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: approximately 4–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 6–13 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and additional time may be required during peak periods or when unexpected fulfillment or carrier delays occur.
Fulfillment and Shipping Carriers
Orders may be fulfilled through different production facilities depending on the product and available fulfillment options.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier for any order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the production facility.
Important tracking notes:
- Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and may have different tracking numbers.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
- Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us about order status.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please verify your full name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other required delivery information before submitting your order.
Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.
Incorrect, Incomplete, or Invalid Shipping Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address, the order is not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
If the customer wants the item sent again, a new order must be placed and paid for. Please contact support@bitcoinmerch.net if you need assistance before placing the new order.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the original estimated delivery date, contact us at support@bitcoinmerch.net with your order number and available tracking information. We will review the situation and assist with appropriate next steps.
Package Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other appropriate delivery locations.
Replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but you may contact us at support@bitcoinmerch.net so we can review the available tracking and delivery information and assist with next steps.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products are made to order, production may begin soon after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact support@bitcoinmerch.net as soon as possible with your order number.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Customs, Duties, and International Shipping
Bitcoin Merch does not currently ship internationally. International customs fees and import duties therefore do not apply to orders placed through our store.
Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy when our shipping coverage, fulfillment process, rates, or operational policies change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
