About Our Designs (Educational & Unique)
Our designs are educational and unique—each piece carries a concise message to spark curiosity about Bitcoin. A single design can't cover everything, so every drop focuses on a theme (e.g., security, protocol basics, P2P, Lightning, scarcity/21M, or iconic quotes).
The goal is simple: that people at home, school, the office, or on the street read your shirt, hoodie, or mug, ask questions, and learn more. Wear it, start conversations, and verify—don't trust.
FAQs (Before You Buy)
What does "made-to-order" mean?
We start producing your item after you place the order. This reduces unnecessary inventory, but it also means we don't keep finished stock for traditional exchanges.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Because products are made to order, production may begin soon after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact support@bitcoinmerch.net as soon as possible with your Order # and "URGENT" in the subject line. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Will my items ship together?
Possibly not. Orders with multiple items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
What about color/print differences?
Screen colors vary by device, and minor differences in color, print placement, or appearance can occur as part of the print-on-demand process. Normal production variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
How do I care for my apparel?
- Follow the Care Instructions published on the specific product page.
- Care requirements can vary by garment, material, and decoration method.
- If product-specific care instructions differ from general guidance, follow the product-specific instructions.
Taxes & duties
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Because we ship only within our supported U.S. delivery area, international customs fees and import duties do not apply.

Security Alert: If anyone claiming to be from Bitcoin Merch asks for your seed phrase or private keys, it's a scam. We will NEVER ask for this information.

- Color disclaimer: Due to screen calibration and fabric characteristics, minor color variations between on-screen previews and the finished product can occur.
- Accurate shipping address: Enter your full name, street, apt/suite, city, state, and ZIP carefully. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address, the order is not eligible for a refund or free replacement. If you want the item sent again, a new order must be placed and paid for. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy for details.

- No size exchanges for customer-selected sizing: Please verify the product-specific size chart before ordering. If we send a different size from the one you ordered, contact us because that may qualify as a fulfillment error.

Production & shipping timelines

Address accuracy & responsibility
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your street, apt/suite, city, state, and ZIP before paying. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address, the order is not eligible for a refund or free replacement. If the customer wants the item sent again, a new order must be placed and paid for. Please contact support@bitcoinmerch.net if you need assistance before placing the new order.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the original estimated delivery date, contact support@bitcoinmerch.net with your Order # and tracking information. If an item arrives damaged, report the issue within 30 days of delivery with a clear description and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Defective print or wrong item
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your Order # and a clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the problem
We'll review the claim. Approved qualifying claims receive a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges/returns for size or preference
Because products are made to order, all sales are final for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer. If you receive a different size, color, or product from the one you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery because that may qualify as a fulfillment error.

Where do I find the size chart?
Each product page includes a product-specific size chart under "Size Guide" or within the product information. Always use the chart for the exact product you're considering because measurements and fit can vary by brand and style.
How to measure (at home)
- Use the product-specific method: Follow the measurements and measurement method shown in that product's size chart.
- Compare with a garment you own: When possible, measure a similar garment that fits you well and compare the same measurements with the product's published chart.
Do not assume the same labeled size will fit the same way across different products, brands, or cuts. Use the measurements published for the specific item before ordering.
Fit tips (general)
- Fit varies by product: Use the fit description published on the individual product page.
- Use the exact size chart: Measurements can differ between brands, blanks, and styles.
- Compare before ordering: Compare the published measurements with a similar garment you already own when possible.
- Do not rely on a universal "true to size," "size up," or measurement-tolerance rule across the catalog.

Track Your Order
How do I track my order?
- You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the production facility. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
- If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive separate tracking numbers.

No movement or delayed?
Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6–13 business days before contacting us about order status. If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the original estimated delivery date, contact support@bitcoinmerch.net with your Order # and tracking information. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members; replacements are not guaranteed, but we'll help review the situation.
