About our designs (Educational & Unique)

Our designs are educational and unique—each piece carries a concise message to spark curiosity about Bitcoin. A single design can't cover everything, so every drop focuses on a theme (e.g., security, protocol basics, P2P, Lightning, scarcity/21M, or iconic quotes).

The goal is simple: that people at home, school, the office, or on the street read your tee/hoodie/mug, ask questions, and learn more. Wear it, start conversations, and verify—don't trust.


FAQs (Before You Buy)

What does "made-to-order" mean?

We start producing your item after you place the order. This reduces waste and lets you choose your exact size/color, but it also means we don't keep inventory or instant exchanges.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can help before production starts (usually within a few hours of checkout). If you need an address fix or cancellation, email us ASAP with your Order #.

Will my items ship together?

Possibly not. To ship faster, items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

What about color/print differences?

Screen colors vary by device, and fabrics can show slight tone shifts. Minor variances are normal for apparel printing. For best results, follow the care instructions below.

How do I care for my apparel?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out
  • Non-chlorine bleach only
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not iron directly on print

Taxes & duties

US orders calculate sales tax at checkout where applicable. Domestic US shipments typically don't incur customs/duties.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major cards and accelerated checkouts (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) shown at checkout.

Security note (Bitcoin)

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and we will never request that you send BTC to "unlock support."

  • Care instructions: follow the care guide to preserve print vibrancy and garment life.
  • Color disclaimer: due to screen calibration and fabric characteristics, minor color variations between on-screen previews and the finished product can occur.
  • Accurate shipping address: enter full name, street, apt/suite, city, state, ZIP. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Production & shipping timelines

  • Production: 2–5 business days (peak seasons may extend to 5–7).
  • US shipping: 3–8 business days after production.
  • Tracking numbers are generated automatically and emailed when the label is created.

Address accuracy & responsibility

Orders ship to the exact address entered at checkout. Please double-check street, apt/suite, city, state, ZIP before paying. Carriers typically can't reroute once in transit.

If a parcel is undeliverable/returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship to a corrected address once received, with actual postage charged to the customer. Because items are made-to-order, refunds are not available for address errors.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package is marked lost/damaged, contact us with your Order # and tracking link. We'll assist with a replacement or next steps.

Defective print or wrong item

If you receive a defective print or the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order #
  • Photos (front, back, close-ups of the issue)

We'll review and replace when applicable.

Exchanges/returns for size or preference

Because items are made-to-order, we don't keep stock for exchanges and typically can't accept returns for size or preference. Please check the Size Guides below and the size chart on each product page before purchasing.

Size Guides

Where do I find the size chart?

Each product page includes a specific size chart under "Size Guide" or within the product description. Always refer to that chart for the most accurate fit.

How to measure (at home)

  • Chest/Bust: around the fullest part, under the arms.
  • Length: from the highest shoulder point to the hem.

Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements in the chart. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed look, consider sizing up.

Fit tips (general)

  • Unisex tees: classic/retail fit, true-to-size for most.
  • Women's tees: more tailored; if you prefer a relaxed fit, consider one size up.
  • Youth/Kids: check the age/height guidance on each chart—youth sizes run by measurement, not by age alone.
  • Fabric and style differences can cause minor tolerance (± ~1″ / 2.5 cm).

Track your order

How do I track my order?

  1. You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  2. Once your item is produced and a label is created, you'll get a shipping email with your tracking number (allow 24–48 hours for initial scans).
  3. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive separate tracking numbers.

No movement or delayed?

If there's no scan for 7+ days, or if it shows Delivered but you can't find it after 24 hours, email us with your Order # and the tracking link.
