For Order Issues
To help us assist you quickly, please include the following information in your message:
Required information
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
For damaged, defective, or misprinted items
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
- Photos of the product label/tag (if applicable)
Important: Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Order Tracking & Status
For questions about your order status or tracking:
- Check your email for shipping confirmation with tracking information
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system
- Allow the full estimated delivery timeframe (5–17 business days) before contacting us about delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, please contact us with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Most items are made to order, so we only accept claims for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Please contact us first—do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
