For Order Issues
To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or fulfillment-error items
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging
Important: Qualifying claims for damage, manufacturing defects, misprints, or fulfillment errors must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the claim for eligibility. Approved qualifying claims receive a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Tracking & Status
For questions about your order status or tracking:
- Check your email for shipping confirmation with tracking information
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system
- Allow the full estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 6–13 business days before contacting us about your order status
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days after the original estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can review the situation.
Returns & Replacements
Because Bitcoin Merch products are made to order, ordinary sales are final for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer.
Qualifying damage, manufacturing defect, misprint, or fulfillment-error claims may be reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved qualifying claims receive a replacement at no additional cost.
Bitcoin Merch does not accept mailed returns. For approved damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment-error claims, the item does not need to be returned.
