For order issues
To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue.
For damaged, defective, or misprinted items:
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
Important: Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
Order tracking and status
Before contacting us about delays, please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
- Allow the full estimated delivery timeframe (6–13 business days) before contacting us about order status.
Returns & exchanges
Most items are made to order, so we only accept claims for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted. Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
